Spinach Soufflé
Why yes, you can use a crockpot to make a soufflé. This one with spinach is great!
- 2 pounds frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
- dash nutmeg
Mix the spinach with the onion. Beat the remaining ingredients and add them to the spinach. Spoon all into a buttered crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
